EXCHANGE & RETURN: PROCEDURE

Follow the steps below to return or exchange your order.

Step 1: Contact us for the return form

Go to the contact page or send an email to info@holly-mae.com and indicate in your message that you would like to request a return form.

Step 2: Complete the return form

Once you receive the return form, fill it out completely with the required details.

Step 3: Properly pack the products and send them back

Pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transport. Ensure they are well protected in the original packaging, if possible.
Send the return to the address provided on the return form.

Step 4: Receive your refund

Once we receive and verify your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account.
